About the project
Farmavet SA faced challenges in managing workflows, particularly with the cumbersome process of collecting contracts and internal signatures for new employees. The team was searching for an efficient and seamless collaboration solution to streamline their processes and make it easier for employees to sign contracts.
What solution was deployed?
After discussions with the Farmavet team, we proposed an end-to-end workflow integrating the Docusign solution. Farmavet partnered with Digidemat to leverage Docusign’s electronic signature solution, aiming to improve workflows, reduce processing time, and enhance internal efficiency.
With the help of Docusign, we successfully configured a workflow tailored to their needs by using templates and making the process more convenient for employees.
By utilizing Docusign templates and features, the team was able to send documents for signing more quickly and smoothly, optimizing the overall process.
