About the project
Maib faced challenges in managing document workflows, particularly with the time-consuming process of collecting signatures and internal approvals. The team was searching for a smooth collaborative solution.
What solution was deployed?
After some workshops with maib team, together with Digidemat we proposed an end-to-end workflow integrating the Docusign solution.
Maib collaborated with Digidemat to leverage the DocuSign electronic signature solution, aiming to improve document workflows, reduce processing times, and streamlining the decision-making processes.
With the help of DocuSign we managed through templates, radio buttons and some other features to configurate the workflow accordingly to their needs.
By using the DocuSign template and matching features, the team was able to smoothly send the documents to sign and better optimise the process to be easier, simple and much faster and more accurate for their use.
