Since 2016 we have been working together with DocuSign for Poland and Eastern Europe to digitalise companies and their journeys into becoming the new business processes that customers, partners and private entities desire.
As DocuSign Partners, we strive to provide the same level (or even exceed!) of support, professionalism and exactness offered by DocuSign for all types of digitalisation projects with electronic signatures, offering to our clients the entire power of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud.
From a regulatory perspective, Electronic Signature has been recognized by law in Poland, with the Electronic Signature Act of 2001, based on the EC Directive on E-sign from 1999. Furthermore DocuSign is perfectly compatible with the EU 910/2014 EIDAS Regulation. It is possible to use both Standard Electronic Signatures (SES), which form the basic part of DocuSign, within Polish law, but also Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) for a stronger, in-depth identification & authentication for the signatures.
